DermaMD Review and Giveaway – CLOSED

Derma MD Review, Daytime Moisturizer SPF 50, Lightening Brightening Creme, Wasabi Cleanser, Organic Illuminating Serum

The contest has been closed and the winner has been contacted. Thanks to everyone for entering!

A couple of weeks ago my skin was in bad, bad shape. I went overboard with a couple of products and my skin was red, peeling, breaking out, and very very oily (probably to compensate for the peeling). What a stroke of luck when Derma MD contacted me and asked if I wanted to try out some of their products!
Here’s a little bit about the company:

Derma MD will research, develop and provide products that will show RESULTS using the newest, most advanced ingredients and incorporating these specific ingredients at the highest percentages and most effective concentration levels available in the industry. By doing so, this will allow each of our products to specifically focus on target areas for which they are needed to correct specific problems, and give you, our client, optimal results and changes that you’re desiring to SEE! – See more at: http://www.dermamdskincare.com/pages/our-company#sthash.bO0Nvt6p.dpuf

Well, I have some specific problems that need correcting, so I told the company rep about them and received these awesome products in the mail:

Derma MD Review, Daytime Moisturizer SPF 50, Lightening Brightening Creme, Wasabi Cleanser, Organic Illuminating Serum

  • Wasabi Cleanser – I LOVE this. I’ve been breaking out and have congested pores and this cleanser is formulated to control breakouts. The cleanser has botanical extracts so it smells kind of herb-y which makes me feel like it’s really gentle and natural. My skin rinses clean and soft, not at all tight.
  • Organic Illuminating Serum – I told the Derma MD rep that I’m over 40 with a dull complexion, so she included this in my package. I use one pump on a damp face in the morning, and two pumps on a dry face at night. I haven’t used it long enough to notice any changes, but my skin did feel nice and soft in the morning and my rough patches seem to have been soothed.

Derma MD Review, Daytime Moisturizer SPF 50, Lightening Brightening Creme, Wasabi Cleanser, Organic Illuminating Serum

  • Lightening Brightening Creme – This is for hyper-pigmentation and it’s got shea butter so it’s a great nighttime moisturizer, too. The Lightening Brightenng Creme also has botanicals so like the Wasabi cleanser it has a pleasant herb-y scent. It absorbs nicely and doesn’t feel sticky. Like with the serum, I haven’t been using it long enough for any noticeable results, but as a moisturizer it’s really nice.
  • Daytime Moisturizer SPF 50 (oil free) – Another product that I LOVE. This moisturizer has a light, whipped consistency so it’s easy to smooth on. And SPF 50, how could I not love it.

Check out Derma MD on HauteLookSunday May 4- Monday May 5. Yes, I got these items for free in exchange for a blog post, but these are quality products, so you might want to check out this sale. Especially if you’ve got troubled skin like I do. I may or may not have bought myself another Wasabi cleanser and another jar of SPF 50 moisturizer.

Derma MD was also kind enough to offer products for a giveaway! One lucky winner will receive a Wasabi Kit (US only). Enter using Rafflecopter below:

  1. I can’t say my skin has particular problems but it tends to get congested because I wear wp sunscreen and makeup almost daily. Reading your experience with them, I believe they would help me, too.
    Wasabi cleanser, how interesting! 😉

  2. My skin is very oily and I have some acne! That is my skin problem. Would love to win this! 😀

  3. Hi! Lovely products! The only problem I have with my skin is that, since I just turned 51, it’s aging. I think the Organic Illuminating Serum would help quite a bit. Thank-you!

  4. I definitely have problem skin. I struggle with acne, large pores, and discoloration. I’m trying (again) to stop using benzyl peroxide for my acne, so I need a new acne treatment to work into my routine.

  5. I feel like my skin is just one huge problem in general! Dehydrated, tightness, occasional oiliness, jawline acne, flakies, oh my!

  6. My skin is so painful, its so sensitive yet decided to break out at the most random times over my most random things. Trying to treat acne with sensitivity is never a fun game.

I'd love to hear from you
