Fitness Friday – Pile on the Miles

Happy November!

Monica from Run Eat Repeat is hosting an annual challenge called Pile on the Miles. The idea is to pile on miles instead of pounds during November. I’m IN!

My goal for November is to run 75 miles. That’s 50% more than I ran in October!

Today I got off to a great start – after P90X Legs & Back with my team, I popped on the treadmill for a quick run.

  1. I am DYING to run again. I feel mostly better since I pulled my hip flexor, but running just isn’t happening. I’m working on Strength Training to try and build up my body!
