Humpday Confessions

Humpday Confessions

I read these Humpday Confessions every Wednesday, so I thought, what the heck, I’ll join in! Linking up with Kathy from Vodka and Soda.

  • I have a hard time typing “Wednesday”. My fingers automatically want to type “Wendy”.
  • Β The real reason I did the Body Beast program is because I get to eat more. I like to eat. It’s a fortunate coincidence that I actually enjoy the workouts.

  • I have not trained adequately for the half marathon this weekend. It’s not like I’ve been idle, but it just has not been a priority.Hollywood Half Marathon
  • At the SoCal Bloggers’ Brunch last weekend, The Makeup Vixen showed me how to use natural light for selfies. I do not like looking so worried. You Tube's The Makeup Vixen
  • I spent entirely too much time worried about spacing for this blog post.

‘Fess up – it’s good for the soul!

    1. Two years ago I couldn’t have run a single mile either! It’s amazing how quickly your body can change. Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Haha! I love to eat too. I stopped by the gym today.. To tan.. I do plan in going tomorrow after work and working out, Friday too. I love how I feel but I’m always super hungry afterwards, ya got any tips?

    1. I always drink a protein shake after my workouts. That seems to help with hunger, but honestly if you’re hungry you gotta eat. Just eat clean πŸ˜‰

  2. Excellent confessions! Here’s one from me. I’m sitting here, after a big breakfast eating a bunch of these little stroop waffles (caramel wafers). #babywants #noexcuses DOH! I’m with you-I love to exercise, I love to eat!

  3. Photography is the hardest part of blogging. I liked it in the old days when we could just use our words. LOL

I’m never prepared for anything I do so I’m sure you’re way up on me. Can’t wait to hear how the half went.

I'd love to hear from you
