Monday Manicure – China Glaze Recycle

China Glaze Recycle, Orly Bonder, Orly Won't Chip

Yes it’s Tuesday, but what can you do?
This is two coats of China Glaze Recycle between Orly Bonder and Orly Won’t Chip. China Glaze Recycle, Orly Bonder, Orly Won't Chip

I think I’m getting better at painting my nails (or maybe China Glaze is just easy to apply) because I slapped this on while soaking in the bath tub. It’s a little bit messy around the cuticles, but other than that it went on smoothly and evenly.

Unfortunately it chipped within 18 hours. Bummer, because I really liked this medium-grey color. Maybe next time I will apply it carefully and thoughtfully. Or not, slapping it on while doing something else is the way I usually paint my nails.

  1. I always end up messing my nails up waiting for them to dry. So annoying!! Maybe I should calm down and stop being so impatient!

    I love that gray color!

    1. YES! I was at Sassy City Chicks.
Will you be at the next bloggy brunch? I just bought my ticket and I will see you then!

        1. No carpool this time – I’ve never been to Venice if you can believe it! So after the brunch I’m going to wander around and see what all the fuss is about. Did you get your ticket yet?

  2. Nail polish is so fickle! I LOVE this color. Really the only thing that lasts on me is the CND shellac nails. Chris calls them “cave nails” b/c we went spelunking in Belize (underwater, climbing, etc) and not ONE chip! I used to do it a lot but it feels too unhealthy while I’m prego. 🙂 They are so addicting!

    1. I wish I could do shellac at home with the colors I already have…but Shellac really is great for vacations 🙂

I'd love to hear from you
