I started this diet on Monday
Had an extra protein drink on Tuesday
I was shedding pounds by Wednesday
and on Thursday and Friday and Saturday
I wore skinny jeans on Sunday
Total lost was 4 pounds. In a week! I know it’s all water weight, but it works. Thank you, Craig David Diet!
Here are the macros:
50% protein, 27% fat, 23% carbs with 1,204 calories. The macros are about what the P90X Phase 1 diet is, but the carbs and fat ratios should be reversed (you’ll have to pry my peanut butter from my cold, dead hands so that’s probably not going to change). There are fewer calories than I would normally have (~1500), but I was sick a couple of days this week and didn’t exercise.
It’s all about #EatingCleanTrainDirty now.
