Another empties post – but a bit belated. I’m going to try to be more consistent with these.
Lancome Definicils Mascara in Brown – meh. I have another one in my drawer and I’ll use that, but I won’t repurchase. For $35 I except much, MUCH more from a mascara. My review is here.
Ulta eyeliner in Moss – I don’t even go to the mailbox without eyeliner, so I have quite the stash of them. I prefer automatic eyeliners to ones that I have to sharpen, so when I saw this on sale at Ulta I snapped it up. This color seemed to match my eyes perfectly. If I see it at Ulta again, I will definitely repurchase.
Neutrogena Pure & Free Baby sunscreen in SPF 60 – I didn’t like this since it really made me sweat wherever I applied it. Maybe because it was a physical sunscreen instead of chemical? I don’t know, but I won’t repurchase. It was really heavy, but it did the job.
Neutrogena Beach Defense spray sunscreen in SPF 30 – I was funemployed for most of the summer so I spent a bit of time at the pool… I liked this because I could use without worrying that I missed a spot on my back. Spray sunscreen is pretty much ingenious.
Michael Todd True Organics Organic Lemon Toner with AHA + DMAE – my review is here. I liked it quite a bit, but it’s way out of my price range so I won’t repurchase. Using this got me into the habit of using toner again.
Generic nail polish remover – do you pay a lot for nail polish remover? I just get whatever is cheapest and it works fine for me, but I know that some people are more selective.
Suave Aloe and Cucumber body lotion – I would probably repurchase because it’s a pretty light lotion with a subtle scent that absorbs quickly, perfect for keeping at my desk at work.
Aussie Aussomely Clean hair conditioner – LOVE. I used this to wash my hair daily instead of shampoo and it was pretty much perfect. I have already repurchased.
Lucy Minerals Finishing Powder in Oil Control Silica Formula – HG product. I have a few backups because I never ever want to be without this in my life.
mark Instant Vacation perfume spray – Cue the violins. This was discontinued a few years ago and this bottle was the last in my stash. Sob.
What have you used up recently?
I’ve been a bad reader (an absent reader). trying to catch up while I’m in a lull. Seems so hard to get to read everything I want. I never think about sharing my thoughts on what I’m using, but I have found awesome stuff from other’s posts. Love it!
Just finished up Clean & Clear Morning Burst Body Wash, Boost in Mango .. meh . it’s alright .. wouldn’t go out of my way to repurchase as there soooo many body washes to choose from.
