To celebrate Global Running Day, I swapped my regular Body Beast workout for a treadmill run.
This is the fastest I’ve run since 2013. Probably since I’ve dropped most of the weight I was lugging around for the past 18 months (weightlifting is weightloss magic, no joke). Whatever the reason, I’m feeling excited about running again. I might even work on finally getting a half marathon time under 2:30. Or not! I’m really just enjoying being fit and active again, after all that time with a frozen shoulder and low spirits.
