Good morning! This weekend, I signed up for a half marathon in January.
It’s been a while since I’ve done any kind of racing, so I’m excited!
I decided to use my Couch to 10K app for training. Once I can run a 10K comfortably, I’ll move on to a training program for half marathons.
Since I had been doing Insanity for the last few weeks, I thought I could start with Week 4 of the Couch to 10K app.
Not bad! I’m not at all a fast runner, so I was pretty happy with my pace this morning.
I finished my workout with The Shift Shop core workout. Yowsa! Thank goodness for the modifier on the video because I sure needed those modified moves.
