I know some people like to weigh themselves each day in the hope that they have made progress but this is a bad idea. If you have to weigh yourself, do it at the end of each month and not before. How much you weigh can be affected by a number of different factor and weight fluctuates. It can give you a false, negative reading that will deplete your confidence.

If you are having serious trouble losing weight you may want to consider extra measures. Some people have extremely low metabolisms that means it takes a lot of effort for their bodies to burn off fat.
