Good morning! another link-up today; this time I’m combining March Madness with Spring Training!
March Madness {Fitness} to-do:
My goals for this month is to get running at least 3x/week, so I’m somewhat prepared for the 10k next month.
What’s on your to-do list?
my to do list for month of March & April
(1) continue to eat 700-800 calories for 2 days out of the week
(2) workout 2-3x a week
(3) hike once a week ( 5-10 miles )
(4) keep working towards a goal to work for my self.

*Drink at least 8 cups of water each day
*Continue working out 3x week
