Meg’s Makeup gift

I’ve been a member of Meg’s Makeup for quite a while now – it’s a website where you earn points toward free makeup and skincare gifts. Well, there are shipping and handling fees depending on the points package you redeem and where you are in the world. My last 250-point redemption was $12 and it took a while to arrive, but here it is!

• Urban Decay Build Your Own Palette with Breathless – very pretty neutral color. I might give this away since I’ve got more eyeshadow that I could ever possibly use in my lifetime and this only encourages me to buy more. I’m pretty sure my sister will love this, and me for giving it to her, haha. Thanks Meg!
• Juice Beauty Reflecting Gloss in Guava – very excited about this! I’ve read a lot about Juice Beauty, and I can never have too many lipglosses… plus Guava looks like a shade right up my alley – sparkly orangey-pinkish. I’ll have to swatch it soon.
• Aero Minerale Makeup Mist bronzer in Malibu – I’d received one of these from Meg before, but I don’t like tanning or bronzing at all so I gave it away. I’ll give this one away too and look like such a generous friend, win-win!

So, that’s my Meg’s Makeup gift. I did wait a while for this, but Meg hasn’t ever let me down so I knew it would come eventually. Sure, I can’t use everything she sends, but the thrill of the expectation is why I participate. And I can always find someone who wants what I don’t! Plus, Meg is dedicated to animal rescue and pledges to promote cruelty-free products.
