Motivating Music

Now that I have a Couch to 10K app on which I can play my own music, I’ve been adding songs to my workout playlist. I really sped through Week 5, Day 2 yesterday, and I’m pretty sure it’s because I made sure that this song came up during the running portions.

The song is 7:30 and the running portions are 8 minutes…perfect!
