It’s almost Friday!
Yet another link-up from me today – I need these little writing prompts!
I’ve got three Non-Scale Victories this week:
1. I’ve packed my lunch every day this week.
2. I have successfully avoided sugar this week – I’ve had blueberries with my yoghurt, and an orange last night, but that’s IT!
3. This one is huge – I ran for 22 minutes straight this morning! It was supposed to be 20 minutes as Couch to 5K, Week 5 Day 3, but I thought what the heck, let me give it 110%.
What are your non-scale victories this week?
wow! I still can’t run 20 minutes straight at the speed I’m working on now! I’ve only gotten up to 13 minutes.

Here from the linkup! Congratulations on the 22 minutes! That’s really terrific. I did C25K back in the fall and have been running ever since. Keep it up!
I ran two miles straight, but I cheated, because I upped my pace so it only took 17 minutes 😉 Hehe. I have been trying to change it up, so one day I will try to run 3 miles straight irregardless of time, and another day I will try to get my pace average lower. I like changing things up.
