Good morning!
I’ve been looking for a subscription box, because who doesn’t like getting surprises in the mail? So when I was recently invited to try out Scentbird, I jumped at it!
Scentbird is a service that decants fragrance into a 30-day supply. You can choose your fragrance every month, or you can go with the editor’s pick-of-the-month.
The fragrance comes in a purse spray with a case, enclosed in this sleek black velvet bag.
For my first month, I chose Granada by Oscar de la Renta:
A romantic citrus floral accord with a radiant, feminine air inspired by the memory of the majestic Alhambra patios. The sweet scent of jasmine petals and bitter orange enlightened by exotic roses reflects off a fresh stream of water, leaving a lingering impression.
I love the combination of orange and jasmine, and Granada was one of my favorite places in Spain so it was a perfect choice for me. It’s floral, but not too sweet, with some citrus thrown in to keep it smelling fresh. But even if I hadn’t liked it…it’s only $14.95 for a month’s supply. Rollerballs at Sephora are nearly double that price, so this is a great way to try out new fragrances on a regular basis. Maybe even find a new favorite?
Here’s my Scentbird affiliate link; I think we both get a free fragrance if you sign up. There are a lot of major perfume houses available, and a few I’ve not heard of, so I’ve already got my picks for the next few months in my queue.
What’s your favorite fragrance? Are you looking for a new signature scent?
I was able to try ScentBird myself and I love it! It’s such a genius idea.
I know, right? No danger of your monthly gifts being too small or the wrong color…they’re ready touse!
Such a fun idea for a subscription box! My favorite scents are Coach Legacy and Dolce & Gabbana The One.
I’ve not heard of those scents…I might put them in my Scentbird queue!
