I’m a huge fan of Craig David. I saw him perform at The Mint and it was probably one of my best-ever concert experiences.
It was a small, intimate club with just Craig David and Kwame. Since it was general admission, I, along with about 100 other fans, lined up hours before the doors opened so we could herd in and press up against the stage. Craig David did not disappoint – he performed as if it were an arena packed with hundreds of thousands. His voice is smooth, his songs catchy.
This was in 2009, not too long ago. But the man has blown up since then. He is SWOLE. I follow him on twitter and he linked to an article about his training regime. Incredible. Read about his diet here.

But dayum! Look at these results! You know he had to work at it since he was such a chubby kid; that is a lifetime of habits to undo.
So I think I will try this diet for 7 days. (get it? 7 days). Mainly because I want something to blog about for the next week and I need a project, and also because there’s a pair of olive pants in my closet that I need to get hemmed and there’s a bit of a pucker. Ladies, you know that pucker.
