Thirsty Thursday – Celsius Flo Fusion Berry Pre-Workout Formula

I’m a huge fan of pre-workout supplements – they’re like a little bit more kindling for my exercise fire. So when I was asked to try Celsius Flo Fusion Berry Pre-Workout Formula before it was launched in August, I happily accepted the product.

I’ve tried Celsius before when I got a can of the drink at a race expo and I liked it. So I was a little bit skeptical about this powdered formula, but this stuff is great. It fizzes just a little bit, and dissolves like a dream so it’s not in the least bit powdery. I didn’t even have to stir it. It’s quite tasty, too.

I took Celsius Flo Fusion Berry Pre-Workout Formula back to Mexico with me when I was home for a short break, and I feel like it gave me a much-needed boost for my 6am workouts (I was working 12-hour days, so I really needed it). Now that I’m back home, I’ve been drinking it before hitting the gym. Does this burn extra calories for me? Well, the studies say it does, but what I really like about it is that it gives me sustained energy. Drinking this instead of my second third cup of coffee means I get extra Vitamins B and C, and who doesn’t need those? Plus, I feel a lot less jittery without caffeine overload.
