My alliterative haul from the Columbia Sportswear outlet! I had no idea the shop was so close, and this may or may not become my favorite store.
From left to right –
Saturday Trail Knee Pants – I broke these in the next day and went on a short hike. Very comfy, lightweight, and with SPF! Plus there are roomy pockets so I didn’t need to carry an extra bag with my kleenex, lip balm, sunscreen, iPod, etc.
Rocky Ridge Tee – a plain, dry-wick black tee. Perfect for summer or a workout.
Saturday Trail Shorts – I wish I’d had these last year when I went to SE Asia and Mexico – these are perfect for hot and humid travelling. I’ll use them this summer quite a bit, I think.
Montrail BadRock Outdry Trail Runners – I’m going to try trail running as part of half-marathon training.
Heather Honey Hoodie – just a plain grey hoodie, but it’s dry-wick. I am one sweaty betty so I need it.
Bora Bora sun hat – I’d been looking for something like this, and with an added bonus of built-in SPF I was all over it.
Azza II Messenger Bag – my new everyday bag. My tablet even fits in here!
Phew, that was a lot of stuff! I want to replace my workout gear and summer clothes slowly but surely with dry-wick stuff so this was a great haul.
What’s your favorite store? Any new summer clothes in your wardrobe?
For workout wear I typically turn to SportChek or MEC if it’s more outdoorsy. I love the style of the hoodie and have been in love with the lulu lemon ones since. Haha and most of my new summer clothes have been for going out but I occasionally buy that new stretch tank or loose black shorts for fitness classes 🙂 Thanks for sharing this practical yet cohesive set!
