WOTD and tentative schedule

I’ve been slacking on the exercise front since I started this job. Not to make any excuses, but the commute is brutal so I haven’t got much time before or after for a workout.

Today I did a couple of quick exercises before I popped in the shower – Blogilates Intense Abs (ouch) and I started my 100 push-ups app, doing T-stand push-ups.

I don’t even need to take off my pajamas to do these, and they only take ~15 minutes, and no bouncing around to wake up the neighbors. I will do these M-W-F. That, along with a hilly 2-mile walk home from the bus stop, will have to suffice for now.
