Today my guy and I did P90X Shoulders & Arms. I love this workout – it goes quickly and I love it when I can get more tricep dips every time I do it. I just cannot stay away from P90X.

Then we went for a hike.

It was a nice day for hiking, but a little hazy. The loop was 5.75 miles with an ascent of ~2000 ft. The descent seemed really steep to me; my quads are on fire!
