Christina Aguilera, like most women (or maybe just me), has an up-and-down relationship with the scale. Her latest weight loss is media fodder with the usual “how-did-she-do-it” breathlessness.
This article tells us how – she restricted calories and was more active. Basically confirming what we already know – weight loss is calories-in, calories-out.
Okay! We can do this! Eat less, move more. And find something fun to do for exercise!
