Half Marathon training

I took most of the week off since my foot was hurting a bit, but today I couldn’t stand it anymore and took to the treadmill. 8 august

I did do quite a bit of walking so my pace wasn’t great, but I lasted the entire hour. I wanted to go for more since each episode of Casualty is only 48 minutes and I’d started the next one,  but the treadmill shut down after 60 minutes. Next time I will prepare by jumping on the next treadmill. (still not ready to go outside)
