1) What are you currently reading? Tell us about it!
We are Water by Wally Lamb. I haven’t read anything of his for a few years now, and I forgot how engaging his writing is. I highly recommend it.
2) How many books have you read this year? Do you set reading goals for yourself?
Since I got the tablet with the Kindle app, I’ve been a tear with the reading. I’m surprised my tally is only at 53 books – when I checked a few months ago I thought it was more like 80. 
3) What do you think are the best and worst book-to-movie/TV show adaptations?
Best – Pride and Prejudice (1940). Laurence Olivier was the perfect Mr. Darcy.
Worst – Bourne Identity. What was that? I don’t mind movies deviating from the book, but this wasn’t even the same story.
4) What is the first line of your favorite book?
“Last night I dreampt I went to Manderley again.”
5) What’s your favorite quote from a book?
I can’t possibly.

We are Water is the next book I’m reading – so glad to hear you liked it. I loved his other books, and it’s been so long since I’ve read anything by him.
