Remember that 10K I ran a couple of weeks ago?
I didn’t think I did well, but I placed in my age group!
How about that?!
I feel very encouraged, especially since I have another 10K on Sunday. After that I start training for the half marathon. This medal has really given me a great boost!
And that is my Non-Scale Victory for the week!
