Baby oils contain almost negligible or no chemicals at all. It is easily available and is best for your skin. Mascara is by far the hardest makeup to get rid of, but with a little baby oil it becomes a child play to remove it easily. Pour some of baby oil on a cotton ball. Wipe off the face makeup with it and use a wet washcloth to get rid of oil residues left behind on your face.
- Steam:
Many people don’t know about the wonders that steam can do to your skin. Its a great way to remove makeup naturally, without having to do anything at all. As steam helps to open up all the tight pores of your skin, it is easier to take off even the hardest traces of makeup form your skin. Just fill up a basin with hot water and lean over it, into the steam for few minutes and wipe or cleanse it with a cleanser and ta-da you’re done.
- Milk:
Milk baths were a popular regimen for royal women thousands of years ago. In Egypt, cosmetics were an integral part of their daily lives. Cleopatra, the last pharaoh of Ancient Egypt, was renowned throughout history for her radiant skin and her stunning beauty. She was said to bathe in milk to keep her skin soft and beautiful and makeup free. While drinking milk might exacerbate skin conditions such as acne and eczema, using it topically might help to soothe it. Take about a tablespoon of almond oil and add it to a bowl of whole milk and rub it all over your face with a wash cloth or cotton ball. It should leave your face makeup-free and refreshed.
- Natural oils:
Oils are said to be the best cleaners as they do wonders by removing even waterproof makeup. They help in cleaning the impurities and are also considered as great moisturizers. You can use coconut oil, olive oil or jojoba oil and dab it on your face and neck with a cotton ball. Adding rose water or almond oil to it is optional.

Another simple and easy way to remove makeup is to rub some of cold cream on your face and make sure that all areas where you applied makeup are covered. Let it sit on your face for 3-4 minutes.
