I do love a purple mascara, so when I saw Lancome Hypnose Doll Lashes So Purple! I had to try it.
Lancome Hypnose Doll Lashes So Purple! is all style and no substance – the product inside isn’t very wet, thus does not give much length or volume. I do like the brush shape since it gets to every lash. The color dries down to a nice subtle purple so it’s not over-the-top, but without much ooomph, I’m just wearing it for a no-makeup makeup look.

I used to have a mascara by Lancome ages back and it was really good.

Have you tried the Maybelline Great Lash colored mascaras? I think they had a purple. My sister got the blue one, and we were both kinda disappointed by how subtle it was.
