This Peloton class is a major mood lifter

A couple of days ago, this Hannah Frankson class popped up as one I’d bookmarked, so I just went with it.

I haven’t heard of Emeli Sandé, but I really enjoyed Hannah Frankson’s Mabel class. I hadn’t heard of Mabel either, but Hannah’s energy and enthusiasm for the artist along with the great playlist made it a super-fun class. I was hoping for something similar from this workout as well.

You see, something really weird happened the day before, and wasn’t sure how to process it. I wallowed for a while (as I am wont to do), and hoped that a workout would shake me out of my funk.

Well, this ride did not disappoint. In fact, it made a huge difference in my mood. Amazing how a good workout can do that. But! Add in a great playlist with some touching lyrics, AND an encouraging instructor who really motivates, and 30 minutes later I was sweaty, happy, and ready to move on. And what did Hannah say at the end of the class? That this would always be here when it was needed. So I am keeping it bookmarked…just in case. Thank you Hannah Frankson for the boost I really needed!

I'd love to hear from you
