Who trains the staff at OroGold Cosmetics? The corporate office needs to rethink the sales strategy of insulting potential customers. Telling me that my skin needs help isn’t going to convince me to buy products. I know I have problem skin; I also know nothing on the market is going to make it pretty.
I’ve been insulted by OroGold salespeople without even entering the store! They just hover around the mall passing out samples (of course I’m going to accept them) and tell people they need the OroGold products. As if I would actually go to their store and spend money after such rude behavior.
I’ve been bullied by OroGold Cosmetics at two different malls. A quick Internet search reveals that this tactic is not unique!
