Exercise can also release endorphins that will lift your mood, making you feel happier. Frowning can instantly add years and add wrinkles, whereas smiling makes you look fresh and youthful.   1. Every time I hear a twenty something giggle and say that they don’t wash their make up off at night….I cringe!!! Skin care is so important and something that must be started early on to really have the full benefit! I used to just get highlights for depth and fun in my hair…..but this past year…I have found a few greys that need covering. Worst discovery ever!
