Today’s workout and protein shake recipe

Today was TRX again – seriously love love love it.

When I got home, I made a protein shake based on a few different recipes I’ve seen on the internet:

  • 1 scoop CrioSport 100% Whey protein in vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Trader Joe’s nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon stevia
  • 1 teaspoon Jello sugar free pudding mix in butterscotch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon xantham gum
  • however much water will fill up the rest of the cup

I put all this in my Magic Bullet cannister, give it a good shake and then blend, blend, blend.
Delicious! Perfect for my sweet tooth while actually being good for me.

260 calories, 2.5 grams of fat, 12.5 grams of carbs, and 41 grams of protein
