While it is common knowledge that she was once dubbed the “Sexiest Woman of All Time,” many people aren’t aware that Jennifer Aniston frequently plays bingo. Introduced to bingo by her Friends co-star Courteney Cox, she may well be considered as the card game’s “Sexiest Woman Player” even if she was spotted by Cheeky Bingo’s Twitter team with unflattering cupping marks all over her back recently. However, this may come as a surprise to many Friends and bingo fans as her fitness routine is rigorous – Aniston is commended by many for the discipline she puts into her workouts: “It takes a lot of hard work to have a good and healthy body and I workout 5 or 6 days a week that counts to be almost every day,” she once revealed. Her physical exercises include weightlifting, cardio workouts and Pilates, while her high-protein and low-calorie diet comprises of omega 3-rich food such as fish that contributes well in maintaining her weight as well as improving her skin and hair color.

The Mask of Zorro and Chicago star has always professed her love for bingo. Today, Catherine Zeta-Jones remains an avid fan of the game by supporting numerous charity bingo balls. At the age of 44, the Welsh beauty still has a sexy figure. In an interview with the British newspaper The Telegraph, Zeta-Jones said, “I turn the music up so loud that the walls are pulsating, and I go for it for an hour. I also hula-hoop, walk on the treadmill, do the elliptical (machine). I try to keep the whole body working.” As for her dietary intake, she abides by the usual schedule of 3 meals a day, without snacks in between. Zeta-Jones doesn’t avoid any food groups, but she prefers to eat a lot of fruit.

  1. I haven’t played bingo since school. I was supposed to meet my friends for bingo once, but they decided to leave before I got there because it was more serious than they expected. I’d be down with trying it again though.

I'd love to hear from you
