Today’s skin care review of is for Michael Todd True Organics KNU Anti-aging Facelift Cream. I initially reviewed it in January. At that time, I did not like it at all, but decided to keep using it because of the encouraging reviews on the Michael Todd website.
Well, I still kind of hate it. I’ve been using it for two months now, and my opinion has not improved. This cream leaves my skin tight and not at all moisturized.
My other problem with this cream is one of the ingredients is Snail Secretion Filtrate. I should have checked the ingredients before I purchased it. The website claims that Michael Todd Organics is cruelty-free because there is no animal testing for their products or ingredients, but how can that be if there are animal ingredients? Not cool.
Definitely not something I would repurchase, although I still really like the toner and face wash.
I have no idea what is Snail Secretion Filtrate but any secretion from an animal is not going on my skin.
You should maybe do more research on a product before you buy it. Your skin felt tight? Yeah that’s the purpose this is for tightening/ face lifting. The ingredients are pretty clear and all the sites in google state what the ingredients are. If you bothered to research you would realize its a harvesting program that doesn’t harm the snail. Similar to how milking a cow doesn’t hurt the cow.
You’re right, I should have researched first. But I didn’t, and I ended up with a product I really disliked. Let that be a lesson to me!
I really have been enjoying this product actually and will keep repurchasing, it has helped a lot with my skin’s texture and my makeup looks so much better as well.

The KNU has helped my mom so much I can’t believe it! She is going on her 3rd Jar, the KNU is not a moisturizer as explained to me by customer service, I agree you should know of the product before you say something negative about it. :/
The product have gone too far and luckily reached our happy home and made us even happier to have this. My mom, of course because she’s turning not-so-young anymore, tried using this product. I have been observing her since day one and I witnessed a change in her skin. Knu and Michael Todd made my mom very happy of her younger looking skin and i feel the same way for her! I might as well use this when I get older. LOL!. 🙂
