If you workout every day this week, but you don’t work out at all next week, chances are you will not lose as much weight as you could, and actually, you may end up slacking off a whole lot. If you want to see results, you need to set up a schedule for exercise and an eating plan for your diet and stick to it the majority of the time. If you do this, it will become a habit and you will not even have to think about what you’re doing anymore, the healthy living stuff will come naturally to you.
Eating Unhealthy Foods
Many of us think that we can go on eating small amounts of junk food and still lose weight, and it’s true that many of us can. However, there are lots of us who cannot have junk food in the home because we will binge on it and for whom one taste is never enough. If you are one of those people, start replacing unhealthy snacks with healthy low-calorie alternatives like carrot sticks and hummus or berries. Lifestyle can be the hardest thing to change but it is a fundamental aspect of weight loss and the more you can do to add healthy activities into your day the better.
