Couch to 5K – take two

In preparation for my upcoming 10k, I’ve re-started Couch to 5k. I can’t squeeze in 20 weeks of training over a month, but I’ll do my best. (And plan better next time). The past two days, I’ve got up at 4:30am and headed to my gym for its 5am opening. Now, I know I should be training outdoors, but there’s no way I’m running outside at 5am, and when I get home from work, I’m done for the day, so the treadmill will have to suffice.

Happily, KTJ Weighing In just and Latte and a Prayer started a Couch to 5k group! Just in time to keep me motivated (and accountable).
