I love the Gym-Pact app. I pays me for every workout, and since it’s integrated with RunKeeper, walks and hikes count toward my pact too! So far I’ve made ~$40 for working out! I haven’t transferred it to my PayPal account though; I’m saving up! For what I haven’t yet decided.
